Anti-Aging Articles - Ageless Aging can be yours

Anti-Aging Articles We all want to live a long time BUT we want our years to be happy, healthy and meaningful. Some people call this 'Ageless Aging'. Others refer to 'Elderhood'. But most people say 'Anti-Aging'. This site has 'Anti-Aging' in its name NOT because I am against growing old but because that is the phrase most people use when they are looking for information.
Anti-Aging Articles gives you information from the latest scientific studies about aging as well as information about retirement, scholarships for those over age 65, jobs for seniors etc.

You know that scientific studies show that the choices you make now - the things you do this year can halt and even reverse many of health and cognitive issues faced by those over age 50. You could be in better shape, have fewer aches and pains AND have more energy than you did 10 years ago. I know you get lots of 'junk mail' that promises MIRACLE YOUTH but much of that is just hype. Here you will not find hype. Instead you will find the latest information gleaned from scientific research studies.

My name is Kate Lindemann. I am a retired college professor and senior scholar at the Institute of Aging and Policy at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, New York. I really enjoy reading research studies. One of the reasons I created and maintain this site is to offer you easy access to scientific information through this Anti-Aging-Articles site.

Besides the scientific information you will find articles about some possibilities in human development only open to us as we move into our elder years. Most of the people who write about life after age 60 are adults in their 40s and 50s. Expecting them to really understand the promise and joys of Elderhood is like expecting a teenager to really understand adulthood. Many publications about our elder years are helpful but most miss a good deal of what is really important - things that are sources of real joy.

So my aim in creating this site is to give you solid information, the best research I can find. And knowing that my readers often have helpful things to share, you will findarticles contributed by other elders. Who know, maybe you will contribute!
